I was visiting a business today [protected] ) in Long Beach, Washington. When I arrived at the address ( 111 Bolstad Ave E, ) at 1:57 p.m., I noticed there was almost no place to park, and the pictured Fedex wagon was parked across 3 parking spaces, one of them being a handicapped parking space. I am handicapped but was unable to use the space, due to the selfishness of the driver. The driver was actually in the business that I visited, but did not seem to be doing Fedex business. I should have called the local police, since the driver was inside for a period of time. This kind of selfishness needs to be dealt with !! All identifying numbers are in the photo.
