Driver don’t put packages,. At side door! All the labels read “Side door”

I can't get No office from FedEx too take a complant,. Or to let me pick up my packages,. When ready for delivery....all of my address labels read in Bold,. "Side door" The driver has been reminded two times! But still lives on the Front of the house,. For the public to get! My zip...53218...Help!! User's recommendation: Put it in the media.
