Dress not what was described

I went to her shop to try on dresses and was not able to try on the 4 dresses from her website because they are custom/special order dresses. I tried on dresses, but I still wanted the custom dress that was pictured on her website. She was really nice and continually kept reiterating that she backs her dresses 100% so I went ahead and ordered a custom dress. The pictures are not her pictures, she is having a third party "recreate the dress". I ordered my dress Oct-18 and received the first dress Nov-18. The dress was not the dress but similar. She allowed me to return the dress and had another dress made. I received the 2nd dress Jan-19 and the dress is still not the dress in the picture. I would not recommend getting a custom dress from her unless you are able to try it on. She will not provide a refund even if it is not the dress that was sent to you is not the dress you purchased. I asked for a refund and she told me no, and suggested I sell the dress. My wedding is in 2 months. There is not enough time to get a dress picked, shipped and get alterations done in time. I am now praying I can get a dress shipped in time, or I must settle for a sample dress.
