I recently had an issue with my Switch and was exceptionally frustrated with having to contact customer service. You really never know what you are going to get and I expected the worst. I wrote my email and within the hour a rep got back to me requesting basic information to start the warranty process. It turns out it was a user error and was walked through how to operate the device. I know they have user manuals for that but it was nice to have a real person assist. They were courteous, professional and could relate to my situation. I have never received such exceptional care from a customer service. When they told me they are a customer centric business, I had my questions but boy did they deliver on that promise. They are honest and never set false expectations or made promises they couldn't not deliver on. This is a company that stands by their word and that is something that has been lost on other companies, especially in this industry. I will be part of the Dr Dabber Family for life because not only do they have top notch prodcuts, the customer service is even better. Thank you, Dr Dabber!
