Saturday, July 6, 2019 I took my daughter and her 4 children for ice cream. My daughter and I ordered, Like It sizes, after the ice-cream was mixed, they were each put in a small, white styrofoam, cup, not in a Like It cup. We were told it was the same size cup as the Like It cup, when obviously it was not since half of the ice cream mixed was left on the mixing board and scooped Into the garbage. Then when we asked for the children's scoop it was put in the same, small, white styrofoam cup only a third of the way full, if that much. The people in front of us and behind us were given regular Cold Stones cups that were definitely more full then our white, styrofoam cups. Why the double standard? I am not sure why we were not given the store cups. We were all very disappointed. We always go to Cold Stone, after tonight's experience we will not be going to Cold Stone in Spanish Fork anymore. There are many other ice cream shops in town that are fair with their prices and ice cream.
