Update by user Apr 27, 2016 They was lying about interest rate for wich I was approved and forced me to pay appraisal $423.75 just for nothing. I told them from begining that I don't need line of credit with 10% rate - I already have it. I was interested ONLY on 2.85% line of credit. I clearly told him that I need ONLY EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT WITH 2.75% and nothing else because I have line of credit 12%. He checked Equifax report and FORSED ME TO PAY $400 FOR APPRAISAL. After appraisal he sad that I can get only 10-11 % loan based on my Equifax report and income. HE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT BEFORE APPRAISAL WAS PAID. And his manager told me that it's almost impossible to get line of credit with this rate. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LYE TO YOU. You will pay appraisal for nothing.
