Update by user Oct 10, 2019 Update - I did call them back one more time and after lengthy discussion with a so called account supervisor I got them to pull the recording of my earlier phone calls and verified that I had told them to "STOP all subscriptions". They finally agreed and are supposed to refund my lat charge of $199. It has not shown up on my card yet - but I do have a recording saying ti would. I would still stay away from this company. What I saw of the so called advice was just a continual barrage of the sky is falling and you need this other more expensive letter asap. No substance at all. Original review posted by user Sep 10, 2019 I am another one that fell for the hype and subscribed to a so called premium service with Stansberry. The "premium service" is nothing more than a newsletter promoting more "premium" newsletters and insider trading subscriptions. Now I have spent the last 2 1/2 years trying to get this crap stopped. I get a new charge show up on my card every 6 months and I can not get it stopped. I have their emails blocked. I have called them and ranted and raved, I have filed multiple disputes with my card company and 6 months later I get another charge. I finally closed my credit card account this morning. Stay away.
