This is what my certificate said: Enjoy a safe, clean home courtesy of America's Janitorial Service with a three-hour cleaning including up to five windows (inside and outside) ($175 value). They only stayed 1 1/2 hours, I have 2 bathrooms instead of each lady being in diff. bathrooms they were in the same one- talking away! They claim 2 ladies at 1 1/2 hours is the same as one for 3 hrs! They did NOT clean at all! WHen I asked why arent you each in a bathroom she said "we dont have enough supplies we work together" It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out if one cleans thetub/toilet using the supplies and the other is washing the floor they can switch!! I have a SMALL kitchen ONLY 1/2 was SEMI clean- when I said what about the other 1/2 of the counter she said SORRY RAN OUT OF TIME! She had a rag in her hand and couldnt wipe the other counter down? THey were hired to clean floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances (top of stove) microwave, toaster oven, and since they stated up to 5 windows I wanted 3 windows clean. They never got to ANYTHING it seems- they spent the time together chatting in Spanish. WHen they left and I wiped the part of the counter they said they cleaned, DIRT was on my chlorex wipe so they really didnt even clean that! After several calls to the owner in SAN MARCOS CALIFORNIA leaving only messages- she never called back. I have a feeling the owner is also one of the cleaning ladies. What a RIP OFF. Their mission statement is "Your Cleaning Service should be perfect, every time. If not, let us know and we will make it right! Obviously this was false advertising on many levels- maybe they dont understand what - making it right means?
