Everytime I go to the confirmed appts. I have to wait up to a hour and a half . they always want me to come back later . and just all around NOT happy with the service or the staff there. I want the plan canceled ASAP...I have found another Vet to take care of my Dog....I have block any monies that would be taking out of my account. And why is it so hard to get someone on the phone ...called every number yall have listed and everyone of the said the same thing 115 minutes wait ...DO YALL NOT HAVE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONES ANOTHER reason Im canceling my wellness program
