I subscribed to The Family Handyman through their website. Subscription included electronic access. I immediately received an email with instructions on registering for electronic access, which I did. I received a verification email and successfully logged in. However, my only options were to subscribe (again) or link my account. When I try to link my account, I'm told that it's already linked. I contacted customer support through their chat and was told only that I should wait 24 hours before contacting them again, then the agent disconnected before I could follow up with another question. It has now been 48 hours and I still do not have access.
