We installed a Vivint system in one of my childcare centers. The system is notoriously unreliable, half of our cameras typically don't work at a time. We consistently call to have them fix it, but they give us incoherent instructions to try and fix it ourselves. Technicians have been out but the problem persists. We've had numerous incidents where we need camera footage, only to find that the camera is not working. I'm going to end up suing them to get rid of this system...
