Dont buy-They are cheaters

I am from India and I ordered products worth 80 dollars from kylie cosmetics. Its been 3 months they didnt ship the order. I kept on checking the tracker of my shipment and it was not updating after a certain time.When I reached out to them inquiring about my product, they said its out of stock and im not eligible for refund. They didnt intimate me not even a single time that the product is not available and I can apply for refund/replace. What *** billionaire *** mother *** service is this??? ITS A CHEATER BUSINESS.. ABSOLUTE LOOT!!! THIS IS MY ORDER NO - K651002****
