I bought a car from the bagshot garage and within 3 weeks the emmobilisor had gone and I called the garage and I was told they had sacked their mechanic so there was nothing they can do other than telling me I would have to take it to another garage.When my partner went there to speak to the guy who sold us the car and get a refund he simply said just to take it to the garage and claim on the insurance your not getting a refund so for two weeks I was without a car and had to pay £450 for the repairs with absolute no help or one ounce of customer service was given they really could not of given a *** because they had sold the car and that was that. Don't buy from here you don't really know what your walking away with and I generally thought going to a garage was the best way and it probably is but what ever you do don't buy from this garage
