Doesn’t receive half of my order but says delivered

out of many sets of different window curtains that I ordered I did not receive 2 sets...3 sets of curtains came in 1 packet but I didn't receive 2 sets that I ordered... received rest. on tracking the item it said items delivered but I haven't received them.
