My letter of complaint. Ive just gotten off of the phone with someone from your help line in reference to this email and I am furious with the Golden Nugget. Ive stayed at your resort and eaten at your restaurants danced in your clubs and shopped in your stores multiple times and have spent hundreds of dollars on site in atlantic city. I have gambled at your casino and on your online casino for so many hours and have deposited and played with thousands of dollars of my money with the golden nugget. Every one of my deposits online have been made with my personal credit card. I won just this past week and requested my winnings be withdrawn in the amount of 400$ and I received those funds. However within the same week I win $800 over the past two nights and request the withdrawl and now you decide not to process this withdrawl because you want documentation from me from pay pal? Because of one deposit of $20 that my husband made for me back in January? From the paypal account that the two of us only got because thats how we pay our rent? These past winnings where a product of deposits made with my personal credit card. How is it that within the same week you only process one of my withdrawal requests and not both? Not even as a courtesy to me for frequenting your site and eatablishment? I was on my way to buy a car today. My family has been without one since december. These winnings were going to cover insurance and registration today. Now I cant because you decide this is the withdrawl that you refuse to pay me? That the Golden Nugget wont honor? You paid me out one just this week. I really thought the Gilden Nugget was better than that. My husband does not have a photo ID or a license he has had his license revoked for the past 15 years he has no reason for license or an ID .my husband works a 5am to 7 pm job. there's no way that he can make it to any state place to get any issued i d any time soon. sure he would sign your affidavit saying that he deposited a single $20 payment for me back in january. And of course we can send you copies of his birth certificate we can send you copies of his social security card. we can send you copies of his tax return forms but he does not have a photo ID and he does not have any time to go get one anytime soon .This is horribly inconvenient that you choose to do this now. The golden nugget has had two months to ask for this documentation but you choose now when we needed it the most. I am literally in tears over this. Now I have to wait till I can work enough to get the insurance and registration money up again or my husbands job gets shut down so he has a day off to go and get a picture id taken for you. We were so excited to get the rest of the cash.we needed for a car. Were tired of walking in the cold to get groceries were tired of not getting to take our children out anywhere and always being stuck in the house. So thanks alot for choosing now to ask for this documentation. You should have requested or emailed about almost 60 days ago. You can cancel my membersip to your awards club in atlantic city I will never go back again. I will never deposit another dollar into your online site. If my husbands job gets shut down or when his summer vacation time comes we will get the id then and maybe you will honor my winnings. This money may seem like nothing to you. Were just another name on a list im sure. But for our family it was big and was a big step forward. Thanks for pushing us back down.
