Description of Complaint: Company has best value guarantee: "What is the Best Value Guarantee? We will guarantee that the combined value of our posted lowest market price less any loyalty currency (where applicable) will be better than the lowest publicly available market price of any other qualified seller. If our combined value is not better, we will match the qualified seller’s lowest market price at the time of purchase or within 24 hours of purchase." However, when asked to match a competitor's price, the agent, Luis, added a $50 service fee. He stated that was company policy, could not waive it.
