If I could leave a no star review I would. This is the worst delivery service I have ever used...and I mean EVER. I order daily…as in at least one time per day, five days every work week…different items for our corporate office and I have never experienced anything like I have with this company from lack of actual delivery to customer service. I don’t even know if I can manage to describe it. Order placed with company on May 23 June 3 - receive notification item is scheduled for delivery on Friday, June 8th. Receive two additional emails notifying me delivery is scheduled for Friday, June 8th. One email dated the day before, June 7th, informing me my delivery is tomorrow. Friday, June 8…no delivery Monday, June 11 - Phone call to company inquiring about delivery. Response: “Friday, June 8th was an error, delivery was actually scheduled for Friday June 15th. Friday, June 15…no delivery. Monday, June 18 – Telephone call to company inquiring about deliver. Response: “Let me check into what is going on and return your call”. No return phone call. Thursday, June 21st a telephone call was placed by someone with the delivery company to someone in our organization who was not me, the name listed on the order, to inform that the item had been lost and accidentally shipped to New York but has been located and is on its way and scheduled for delivery on Friday, June 22. Friday, June 22…no delivery Monday, June 25th – Telephone call to company. Response: “Let me have the person who was working on this return your call AND Things happen. Those two exact words…’things happen’. However, item was in Atlanta and would be scheduled for delivery Friday, June 29th I bet you can guess by now…no phone call. Friday, June 29…no delivery Monday, July 2 – Telephone call to company. Response: “We only deliver to you area on Friday’s”. Friday, July 6…no delivery Today – Telephone call to company we ordered the product from with the statement track it, have it here this week or we will refuse the order for a full refund of this $2000 conference table…not just the delivery refund we expect. Immediately a telephone call to my office, item will be delivered on Friday, July 13. At this point, regardless if it is delivered, I hope this is enough information for you to see you do not want to do business with this company. Period.
