Bought some clothing online. Got an email that said I still had items in my cart. Ignored that email. Waited 6 weeks and contacted company and was told that the items were no longer available. Asked for my payment to be refunded. Then received notification that one of the items had been posted. Asked for my payment to be refunded. Informed that once an item was posted that no refund could be processed. Have since repeatedly, requested a refund but no contact.
