Update by user Jan 03, 2020 I ended up going to Sears for my oven problem. Their service charge was less expensive than Mr. Appliance and they showed up on time and was very pleasant. I will recommend them to my customers from now on.I never ever heard back from Mr. Appliance, nor do I expect them to call either. Original review posted by user Dec 04, 2019 They schedule your appointment times when they want and when you call to tell him that's not going to work they don't return their phone calls. Then they just expect you to be at the home when they show up 10 hours later.. Very unprofessional people, I'm a realtor and I watch homes for a living. I would never ever ever recommend this company to any of my customers ever again.. Horrible company don't trust them one bit..
