If you want to work in Mitau industry, with a black mouth and expect a salary that is divided into several and small payments. Then feel safe you can go there to work. Pre-treatment is low, as is manure. Just fed up with the promises that everything will be in order. But nothing goes for the better. Only for the worse. I don't recommend working there.
