solicitor calls stopped - so did all incoming calls. All calls went to you mail voice mail - some i was able to retrieve but very few - the only calls and most of the voice mails i received were you mail soliciting me to upgrade THEIR services. along with several emails begging me to upgrade. So i canceled this scam- then i received no calls at all only to find out that anyone who called me was getting a message saying that my phone number no longer took calls or had voice mail.. after several emails, chats , and complaints to you mail they told me that they could not fix the problems and that i would have to call my carrier but.... and this is a good one.... do NOT tell my carrier that i used Youmail...... So after several hours on the phone with my carrier they finally was able to get my voice mail back but not able to fix the problems with me only getting SOME of my phone calls. I now cannot use my phone for incoming work calls...... and You Mail are not willing to do anything about it.
