I CALLED FOR INFORMATION AND THEY RAN 2 HARD INQUIRIES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE 40 PTS. I CALLED TO HAVE THE INQUIRIES REMOVED WAS TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES AND LEFT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS.
