I just hung up with a woman named Kenisha who claimed to be the top manager. I bought 12 packs of hair of the same brand of hair I always use (Freetress); but this hair was course and kinky and matted together within one day, plus it did not retain its curl/wave pattern AT ALL. Kenisha says that the product is not faulty; it is just not my preference of hair. The hair not retaining its shape has nothing to do with PREFERENCE! They will not accept my return because it is not within 14 days of delivery. I guess I should have opened it up and inspected it upon delivery, but I foolishly trusted SamsBeauty and assumed they sent a good product. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
