I told them repeatedly i was cancelling my service for multiple reasons, they showed up anyway, rang my doorbell and by the time I got outside the technician was spraying pesticide and I told him immediately to stop. i then get a bill for a termination fee, which whatever I just want to be done with them, but a full charge for the service that day. When I contacted the company they told me they sprayed chemicals and I was serviced...ummmm, no. This company is a scam. Stick with the well known names and dont answer your door when their sales people show up. It's a shame that companies like this still go door to door and take advantage of people with their proclaimed 'low rates"
