I went to the Fay. N.C. office was examined by the Dr. or so called Dr. he was a very arrogant man. Never really said anything to me other than I had cataracts on both eyes. Told me have seat out front and they would call me. They called me and fitted me for my glasses. I was called a week later on 2/7 2020 and went in for fitting. Glasses were placed and I could not see out of them. To make a long story short, three different people tried to make me think it was me and said I would get use to them in a few weeks. I said to one lady I can't drive with these glasses everything is blurry and she said don't wear them while driving- are you kidding me. I will be calling corporate on Monday for a refund. I left the glasses there. I'm not trying to cut people down by no means but all their associates were oily haired, overweight one even had arm in a sling and she is the one who served me. This place is for the birds and if you care about your eyesight, you will stay clear of these people. Read all their reviews 5* rating was like 7 people and 1* rating was like 200+. Not trying to hurt anyone just trying to help those who have never been here. Old saying is you get what you pay for and that is true but actually I ended up paying like over 300.00. Find you a real eye Dr.
