Update by user Dec 10, 2019 nope nothing has been done to resolve this issue Original review posted by user Dec 09, 2019 This product is a HUGE waste of Money, constantly stops charging, has him driving on different roads in states hes not in. We actually bought a second Truck GPS from them after the first one totally died after 18 months or so. The company keeps telling me to use the reset button, and that should fix it. It didnt fix the first one and it sure as *** doesnt work now. Their lifetime map updates SUCK, addresses dont exist, towns not found, wont route you properly, their built in dash cam is a pos that doesnt store anything, cant get it to read an sd card, and the dash cam causes the battery to drain and potentially overheat. What needs to happen is a big fat Class action suit against them for faulty product, false advertising, selling refurbished as New products
