Update by user Feb 09, 2020 After various attempts, Livia is still not responding. Original review posted by user Jan 10, 2020 It's been 10 months since they were supposed to refund me 2 items of ~$300. Whenever I contact them, either they do not reply, or they say that the refund is with the finance team and I will receive it shortly.
