we bought an extended warranty through Leon's on a stove that was giving us problem. it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty for 1 year, and Frigidaire did a great job and helping us immediately. We had the same issue sometime later when the extended warranty kicked it. We were calling KING & STATE everyday for 2 weeks and they were just NOT picking up and in fact hung up on us after we waited 15 minutes for them. it's been 2 weeks and we haven't spoken with a single person about our claim, meanwhile our stove has stopped working, how are we supposed to cook? Absolutely ridiculous. There should be a class action against this company.
