Update by user Aug 28, 2019 Trackr emailed me to advise they would be sending out the batteries, but after a month, still nothing has arrived. Sad outcome for this company. Original review posted by user Jul 29, 2019 Dreadful product, doesn’t work. New batteries make no difference. No phone support. Chat doesn’t work. No response to emails. Still waiting 2 months for replacement batteries. Lost all faith in the company.
