Do not back up anything they sell you

Happy to sell you anything they have and will send you multiple emails on the shipping of the product you bought. But, if you have a problem, they have a customer care email that they do not respond to. No matter how many times you email them, they do not respond. Eventually they appear to just block your email address to put it to rest. For me the product they sold me is defective. It is a photo frame that is totally glued to the folio book and no photos can be put into them. They do not back up the product and I will have to take the loss of several master cases.
