I ordered flowers for a coworker after surgery and was told it would be same day delivery. I called for an update the next day and was told that it couldn't be sent yesterday but that the flowers will be be delivered today. Their explanation as to why they weren't delivered? "All of the local florists contacted were unable to do the delivery yesterday." What???!! They did offer a 10% reimbursement to my card but only after I asked for it. All I can say is that I am very disappointed in their service and am now concerned about how the flowers will look since they already messed up the delivery aspect. I will never order from them again.
