Update by user Aug 16, 2021 Littermaid claims to be accredited by the BBB. I find that hard to believe. Original review posted by user Aug 16, 2021 I have reached out to littermaid about my broken item multiple times since may 7, 2021 with no results. How can they say something is under warranty if they won't respond to the customers. A total waste of time, money and effort. I am glad I don't treat my customers like this as I wouldn't have any. User's recommendation: Stay away from Littermaid.
