I purchased a small harness and a xl harness after taking nearly two months to arrive the second time I used the xl harness the d-ring broke through harness and my dog ran off almost getting hit by a vehicle. I informed doggykingdom of issue they sent me email saying they need pictures of broke product so I sent them pictures. No response for 4 days then I get email saying I can't return product because personalized. Harness is supposed to have lifetime guarantee. User's recommendation: Do buy this product.
