Dissatisfied with customer service and phone battery

customer service put me on hold twice, transferred me and the new agent was very rude and kept repeating a question in a demanding voice, told me to stop talking and answer the question. battery does not hold charge when off charger. will be changing to different phone company by next cycle because they do not refund partial months.extreme rudeness!
