I got frustrated the other day when I bought some can cat food, 2 cartons of eggs and napkins. Your bagger put the eggs on the bottom, napkins on top and ask if I wanted another bag for 8 small cans of cat food. I said no, and proceeded to re-bag my items. Cans on bottom, eggs on top, and napkins on top of eggs. COMMON SENSE things, your bagger lacks. I chock it up to improper training on the companies part. Suggestions: train your front line on proper bagging techniques. Positive outcome; save money on using unnecessary xtra bags, sense of pride for employees, they learned a new technique to be more organized, satisfied customers, customer loyalty, and possibly financial incentive- if you enter your best in the nationwide grocery bagging contest.
