On 10/30/2020 I ordered a shoulder holster which was supposed to be free and all I was required to pay was S&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;H which came to $9.99. Sounds like a good deal right? I haven't received the holster and when I've tried numerous time to contact Tactical USA by phone I was put on hold waiting for "the next available person" to help me, I waited as long as I could and finally hung up pissed.I have a printed receipt with the order number and the amount of the order but it doesn't seem to mean anything.So what now? Addendum: as luck would have it , at the time I wrote my review I hadn't gotten my holster. Last night my wife came from work with the days mail and lo and behold there was my holster. I'm still dis satisfied with the service the saying "better late than never" applies.
