My 2020 Hideout RV has been at Holiday World in Las C ruces New Mexico since March 31 2020.,, We have gone to see the RV several times because the Service Manager has told us the repairs are done only to find more serious issues with the RV. The service from The Sales Manager andthe Service Manager has been lies ....now we are being pressured to pick up RV or storage charges will be applied....then we get a call that the membrane is going to be replaced.....issues after issues...who wants a Brand new RV with so many repairs swelled on it.... User's recommendation: Do not let the staff of the RV Company bully you....YOU are the customer...that pays their salary and this purchase is super expensive salary...and this purchase you have made us quite ex.
