Had a blowout in remote area of NC. Called 800 roadside asst from my old (not very smart) cellphone. No live person answered, and no help, unless I were to install and use the allstate app, which I could not access on my phone. Totally worthless to me during this one scary time when I needed help. To add insult to injury when I tried to cancel the membership, it took over 30 minutes of being bounced from recordings, to unhelpful people before I finally got a live person. I have had my car insurance with them for over 50 years, so this is disappointing. User's recommendation: Don't bother if you are an older person who doesn't have a new model phone.
