After finally securing my loan from One Reverse Mortgage they sold my loan to Celink from Ohio. I immediately started getting letters stating that their records show that my insurance has lapsed. My insurance never lapsed and I informed them of the particulars. But, the letters persisted. I advised them that they were sending information that was false they the mail which is a federal offense. I registered a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight and their investigation is on going. ANYONE CONSIDERING A REVERSE MORTGAGE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THE HARRASSMENT USED BY THESE INSTITUTIONS.
