After visiting this one location several times in the past, I called to make an appointment for a Root Touch Up, but before hanging up I asked for the price. The girl looked me up in the system and says $95.00. I asked why so much? The last time I got a touch up was $58.00 ? She stated that the person she scheduled me with was booked and after they are booked, they charge whatever they want I asked if she could find another person and she says: They are all going to charge you the same. I called two other hair cuttery in town asked for price and they said $58.00 for root touch up. Hair Cuttery on Dual Highway, Hagerstown MD just lost my business ! User's recommendation: Do not recommend.
