I purchased Woo Lash and would up getting an infection in my eye. I have been trying for weeks not to contact their customer service department to return the product and cannot do so. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone and, after numerous emails, phone calls, no one responds and I am left with NO WAY to return this product. Absolutely horrible company. I am calling the BBB today about them and I have already contacted my credit card payment to withhold payment.
