Disappointment on a certain product

Dear Sony, As far a I can remember from my yesteryears our family has been a sony family. We had so much trust I the quality and standard of your products. But recently during Christmas I brought a Sony MDR-XB550 HEADSET OR HEADPHONE at first the product seem pretty good with great audio quality. But after few weeks of usage the audio seems to be rather very vague. Now i am at the fifth week of the using the product and there is no audio in one of the sides. I must say I am very disappointed at the quality of the product. You guys have lost a loyal customer and if this continues you will be losing more customers in the near future.
