We ordered 4 appliances from AJ Madison and had them delivered by AM Home delivery trucking company. They gave us a 4 hour window from 3-7 and arrived around 4. There were 2 guys who argues and bickered constantly. We were supposed to have ALL of our appliances installed and old appliances removed. Upon arrival we were informed that they will NOT be able to install all of our appliances today because they have more stops to do and they might be back next week to install the rest. They offered to install the fridge and the range and pushed off the dishwasher and over the range microwave. They told me that the information i got from AJ Madison about them being able to install all of our appliances is an overstatement. I could tell they were not going to change their minds so I agreed with having just 2 appliances installed even thought we took the day off for this. They rushed thru everything , we did not get the chance to inspect anything, they made a huge mess that we had to clean inside , they left in a hurry they even forgot some tools? After they left I left to go shopping and noticed garbage in my driveway, big boxes and packing stuff? very disappointing with the whole thing, we paid a lot of money to buy these and the service sucked. Now I have to find somebody else to install the rest of my stuff and miss more work.. never again...they do not care about the customer.
