disabled veteran/tax, exempt coupon

1

I went to Long john Silver store number 31180 at 11:48 AM and placed a to-go order. I presented a $2off coupon for any platter and my valid tax exempt. After I paid and sat down waiting for my order, I noticed on my receipt I did not get the $2 off. When I asked the manager informed me that I could not get both the coupon and the tax exempt. I informed him under Oklahoma Law I most get the tax exempt. I said because I am a disabled veteran if I use my tax exempt, I can never use a coupon here? He stated I could not get both and walked away. Additionally, the store was out of ice. The floors were very slippery. I did not get any cocktail sauce and had to wait 10 minutes for the thick-cut fish to cook. (The fish was good.)
