Disabled and not getting assistance from Customer Service
I keep sending cust service an email and keep receiving the same,impersonal form reply. My name is Dorami Sierra,new order/applicant. Matt called me,I'm not sure which department. I texted back from the # he called from. I am disabled, speech impaired. I don't normally go out to shop. Everything is purchased online. I can't walk well,am unbalanced and can't speak! SOMEONE ACCOMODATE MY DISABILITY, PLEASE. EMAIL OR TEXT. I CANNOT SPEAK OVER PHONE! This is very frustrating for me. Does no one there at Mason care???! Stop calling me,please :( 956-536-**** D.S.
