Direct TV customer service is TERRIBLE.

Ive been a Direct TV customer for 21 years and hate having to call them for anything. Direct TV makes it miserable to speak to them. My system is 21 years old and crashed. When I called them to send a technician out, they wanted me to do a diagnostic test. But my system has crashed. Ive not had service for 3 days waiting for the system to reboot while looking at a blue screen. There is nothing to diagnose as the system has crashed. Terrible service..plus every time there is a cloud in the sky it disrupts the service. Terrible Customer Service User's recommendation: Use someone else.
