Didn’t take all thre regular sized full trash cans

I had three full 32 to 35 gallon trash cans and a small empty light plastic container out for pickup and they only took the smallest 32 gallon full trash can and I was so mad that they on picked up one and for what they did now I will have a city fine for these two...
