Didn’t receive tix. Wrong email

I've repeatedly attempted to receive my tickets by contacting the ticket seller. They apparently have no phone number and their messaging service isn't working. I'm out $150 and am trying to get it covered by my credit card company. I wasn't able to get concert tix. I hate this company for ignoring me and my problem. I had used the wrong email and the e-ticket service. User's recommendation: AVOID!
