Didn’t get any order details, only received receipt of the payment.

I placed an order for Shirahshuladivajra on 24th may 2021, money has been debited and i even got the receipt but i didn't get the order id or any tracking id or something like order confirmation. My payment id is MOJO1524G05D6872****
