This company has impressive video reviews of coffee making products! I called them to find out information about coffee makers and and asked about good tasting organic coffee. They highly recommended their "Spyhouse organic coffee." While coffee taste preferences are subjective, I can drink almost anything but not this. I asked for my 2 of 4 bags of coffee to be replaced because they so highly recommended it. No one would do anything. Ill try to contact my manager was the best. They seem to focus on just "selling." I should have trusted my instincts. My experience and customer satisfaction, to me, was as awful as the coffee taste. User's recommendation: Trust your instincts.
